Emotional Theater Event '26 Pebbles' at The MAC Sheds Light on Sandy Hook Aftermath

The Merced Multicultural Arts Center is set to host a poignant theater event that delves into the aftermath of a national tragedy. "26 Pebbles" by Eric Ulloa, a documentary drama, will be brought to life by the talented students of UC Merced on Sunday, May 5, from 2 pm to 3 pm.

This compelling piece explores the ripple effects of the 2012 Sandy Hook tragedy through the eyes of Newtown parents and community members. It's a narrative that resonates with compassion and offers a message of healing, demonstrating how even the smallest actions can have far-reaching impacts.

The play will be performed in the intimate setting of The MAC Black Box Theater, located at 645 W. Main Street, Merced. Directed by Jenni Samuelson and presented by the Global Arts Studies Program (GASP), the production is co-sponsored by UC Merced Arts, the School for Social Sciences, Humanities, and Arts (SSHA), and Merced Sunrise Rotary.
