PITTSBURGH — The owner of an iconic ice cream shop in Pittsburgh is thanking a woman for saving her brother's life. Marjorie Page Prusia, the owner of Page's Dairy Mart, posted a photo on the shop's Facebook page, saying, "On the far left is Izabella.
