Chuck Norris turned 84 on March 10th, and to celebrate, he posted a video of him boxing on Instagram. His followers could not get over the energy he exuded in the clip despite his age. “Feeling good and staying active!” he captioned the post. “Thank you all for the wonderful birthday wishes. God Bless.”

In the snap, he joked about feeling 48, which is not far-fetched as he effortlessly displayed as much youthfulness as his prime. Chuck wore a T-shirt and a hat with sporting shorts as he hit the punching bag in a grassy field. “Chuck Norris wears boxing gloves to protect the bag, not his hands,” someone teased.
