End Hunger In Calvert County’s 13th Annual Dragon Boat Festival
NORTH BEACH, Md. – End Hunger In Calvert County (EHCC) hosted its 13th annual Dragon Boat Festival on June 8 in North Beach to raise money and awareness for people facing food insecurity in the Southern Maryland region. This event was possible in partnership with Chick-fil-A Prince Frederick. Other event sponsors included Exelon, Bob’s Discount Furniture Charitable Foundation Inc., Steve Brien of Hometown Realty, Bay Capital Mortgage, Rotary Club of Calvert County, Vaughn Cheese, National Ink and Stitch, Greg Beckman, SkipJack CrossFit, Town of Chesapeake Beach, The Barn at Pleasant Acres, Bay Wine and Spirits, Whiteford Systems, Crow Entertainment, Bob Hall, Town of North Beach, and Guardian Marine LLC.
Southern Maryland Cyber Summit Launches In Calvert County
PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. – The inaugural Southern Maryland Cyber Summit kicked off June 20 in Calvert County, setting the stage for an annual event to be hosted around the state.
