CALLING ALL VENDORS: City of Shreveport outlines process for vendors to participate in Humor & Harmony
SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - 50 Cent’s Humor & Harmony weekend is coming to Shreveport Aug. 8-11, and the city wants vendors to be ready. The city says G-Unit will select food trucks from the city’s vendor list; all vendors must meet city requirements and be permitted. G-Unit is also partnering with the Red River Revel to line up vendors at Festival Plaza. The city says banned vendors will not be allowed to set up without first going through the city’s permitting process.

NSU Music Academy Accepting Students
The NSU Music Academy is accepting students for the Fall 2024 semester. The academy is under the direction of Northwestern State music faculty Dr. John Price and Dr. Francis Yang and offers piano, guitar, percussion and voice lessons for students from age six to adults. Lessons are taught face to face or online. Teachers at the academy are graduate and undergraduate music students studying at Northwestern State.
