KSP: Morehead man caught in Perry trafficking in meth, fentanyl
Kentucky State Police said a traffic stop led them to arrest a Rowan County man on charges including trafficking in fentanyl. According to an arrest citation written by KSP Trooper Matthew Day, on Sept. 28, he conducted a traffic stop on Ky. 15 on a 2013 Ford F150 driven by Corey Skiles, 32, of Ky. 519, Morehead, for failure to use a turn signal.
