Chef Will Gilson Bringing New Restaurant to East Cambridge

Local chef and restaurateur Will Gilson is set to debut a new casual eatery at 68 First St in East Cambridge .

In addition to this venture, Gilson serves as Partner, Executive Chef, and Culinary Director at Cambridge Street Hospitality Group , which is renowned for local establishments such as Puritan & Company, Puritan Oyster Bar, and The Herb Lyceum at Gilson’s, as well as three restaurants within Cambridge Crossing: The Lexington, Geppetto, and Café Beatrice.

According to Boston Magazine , the upcoming establishment will specialize in Mediterranean-inspired rotisserie chicken and will feature a year-round indoor farmers market. Operating hours will span from lunch to dinner.
