A new Chip City Cookies location is set to join the bustling Massachusetts market, with its fourth shop in the state slated to open at 1 Brattle Square in Harvard Square , Cambridge . The rapid expansion of this growing cookie chain follows closely on the heels of recent local openings in Boston, Newbury, and Watertown.

Under the leadership of co-founders Theodore Gailas and Peter Phillips , each Chip City location is corporate-owned and managed. The forthcoming Harvard Square outlet is just one of many upcoming stores, with 15 additional locations planned across seven states. Presently, there are 34 operational Chip City stores.

The New York-based cookie chain was founded in 2017 and is known for its irresistibly gooey, decadent treats. Boasting a weekly rotating selection of 46 flavors, options include timeless classics like Chocolate Chip and White Chocolate Macadamia, as well as more innovative creations such as Red Velvet Hot Chocolate and Cookie Butter Biscoff. The shop also offers dairy-free, vegan, and gluten-free options.

While an official grand opening date has yet to be announced, Gailas has officially confirmed the development with What Now Boston . Stay tuned for further updates, as additional information is expected to be revealed this Wednesday.
