These vending machines will help prevent overdose and infectious disease transmission, improve mental, physical, and social well-being, and offer easier options for accessing healthcare services like substance use and mental health disorder treatment. The machines will have Narcan, fentanyl test strips, xylazine test strips, wound care kits, and feminine hygiene products.

Everything will be free to use and available 24/7. They will be placed at Cambridge Public Library, Malone Behavioral Health Urgent Care, and Ogdensburg Wellness Center.
