CDU girls soccer defeated by East Troy

East Troy scored four goals in 20 minutes to earn a 4-2 win over the Cambridge/Deerfield girls soccer team on Thursday, May 16 at Cambridge High School.

After CDU senior Audrey Kessenich scored off an assist from senior Kaila Buehler in the third minute, East Troy scored at the seventh, 12th, 18th and 26th minutes to take a 4-1 lead.

Senior Zoey Rank scored the other Cambridge/Deerfield goal, unassisted, at the 45th minute.

Cambridge/Deerfield is 2-11 on the season and 1-4 in the Capitol Conference.

Madison East 3, Cambridge/Deerfield 0

Two goals in a span of two minutes helped Madison East score a 3-0 win over the Cambridge/Deerfield girls soccer team on Tuesday, May 14 at CHS.

East scored at the 11:17 mark of the first period and then took a 2-0 lead with a goal at the 12:59 mark. In the second half, East scored again to put the game away.
