Fall camp is over and now comes the time for West Virginia to make some critical decisions on the roster. The Mountaineers have a pair of scrimmages in the books along with a mock game and now the focus shifts toward preparing for the season opener against Penn State. Betting Line for WVU-Penn State Experiencing Steady Movement
Even though it may seem like most outside West Virginia don’t believe WVU has much of a shot to upset Penn State, the betting line is telling a different story. While Penn State is still the clear favorite, the line has experienced significant movement since opening with WVU as a 12-point underdog.
