Las Vegas, Nevada, is a city that dazzles with its lights, entertainment, and incredible food scene. During my recent trip to Las Vegas, I set out on a pizza adventure to discover some of the best pizzerias in town. Here are the highlights of my pizza journey in Las Vegas.

Secret Pizza

Secret Pizza, located inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, offers a hidden gem experience with its unmarked location. The no-frills atmosphere lets the pizza shine. The New York-style slices, with their thin, crispy crusts and perfectly balanced sauce and cheese, were a standout. The pepperoni slice, in particular, was deliciously crispy and packed with flavor.

Pizza Rock

Pizza Rock, helmed by 11-time World Pizza Champion Tony Gemignani, combines a lively atmosphere with an extensive menu of award-winning pizzas. The Quattro Formaggi, featuring a blend of mozzarella, gorgonzola, ricotta, and pecorino cheeses with a hint of garlic, was a creamy and decadent choice. The wood-fired crust added a wonderful smoky flavor.

Grimaldi’s Pizzeria

Grimaldi’s Pizzeria offers a taste of New York in the heart of Las Vegas, known for its coal-fired brick oven pizzas. The Margherita Pizza, with fresh mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, and basil, was a classic done right. The perfectly charred crust and simple, fresh ingredients made it a memorable meal.

Evel Pie

Evel Pie brings a rock ‘n’ roll vibe to the Las Vegas pizza scene with its tribute to daredevil Evel Knievel. The funky decor and casual atmosphere make it a fun spot to enjoy a slice. The Balls to the Wall Pizza, topped with meatballs, ricotta, mozzarella, and marinara sauce, was hearty and delicious. The generous toppings and flavorful sauce made it a standout.

Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana

Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana offers an authentic Neapolitan pizza experience with its wood-fired oven and high-quality ingredients. The Settebello Pizza, featuring crushed tomatoes, pancetta, sausage, mushrooms, and roasted red peppers, was exceptional. The soft, chewy crust and the harmony of fresh toppings transported me straight to Italy.

My pizza adventure in Las Vegas was a delightful exploration of some of the best pizzerias in the city. From the hidden gem experience at Secret Pizza and the award-winning creations at Pizza Rock, to the authentic flavors at Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, the rock ‘n’ roll fun at Evel Pie, and the traditional Neapolitan offerings at Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana, each spot provided a unique and memorable pizza experience.
