We recently enjoyed a delightful Sunday dim sum brunch at this popular spot, and the experience did not disappoint. Making a reservation was easy—they accept bookings online for parties up to six and over the phone as well. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated in a beautifully designed dining room that quickly filled up with eager brunch-goers.

Unlike the traditional dim sum experience where carts are wheeled around, here everything is ordered directly from the menu. Armed with a pencil and a checklist of delicious options, we dove right into the offerings. Each dish was flavorful and well-executed, from the BBQ pork buns and spinach dumplings to the delicate rice crepes stuffed with shrimp or beef. The spring rolls and eggplant stuffed with shrimp paste were crispy and satisfying, while the soup dumplings were filled with perfectly seasoned broth. A standout feature was the mildly spicy chili sauce that elevated many of the dishes.

One of the highlights of the meal was the Peking duck, though it took a bit longer to arrive as it’s made to order. The duck was succulent and juicy, though it came with bones still in the meat, which is a departure from the traditional presentation of authentic Peking duck. Nevertheless, the rich flavors and tender texture made it a worthwhile dish.

While the prices were a bit on the higher side compared to other dim sum restaurants, the quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite. The restaurant prides itself on using premium products, and it shows in the freshness and flavor of the dishes.

Overall, the dim sum was delicious and the experience enjoyable. If you're in the mood for a modern dim sum brunch with a touch of elegance, this spot is worth the visit. Just be ready to order from the menu and savor each carefully crafted dish.
