(MA) BeeBee is an adorable little Yellow Labrador Retriever with the cutest ears around. This bundle of joy was found living as a stray down South, spending each day trying to find enough food to get by. Sadly, at some point in her life, BeeBee was attacked by other dogs and now has some trauma as a result. Though she is now safely in a foster home, she is hopeful for a future patient furever family that can show her all the love and care she truly deserves.

    More Information On BeeBee

BeeBee is a 3-year-old Yellow Labrador Retriever mix pup who weighs, as of 8/21/24, approximately 35 pounds. She has a short coat length, which is yellow, tan, blonde, and fawn in color. BeeBee is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations.

According to Great Dog Rescue New England, BeeBee is a pup who loves to be the center of attention when it comes to her humans. She makes new (human) friends wherever she goes, and especially loves playing with children. Because of her past trauma of being attacked by dogs, BeeBee should ideally go to a home without any other dogs or cats. GDRNE does say a home with a smaller and calm pup might be okay, as long as the family is able to do slow and patient introductions.

As far as training goes, BeeBee is house-trained and walks well on a leash. Her foster says she is a fast learner and quickly learned the "sit" command. her foster family is currently working on training and teaching her other commands. It should be noted that BeeBee has a bit of a prey drive with cats and birds.

"BeeBee is looking for a family who can show her what it means to be loved! She can't wait to find a family to call her own." - Great Dog Rescue New England / Petfinder
