(MA) Meet Zara, a fabulous little Chihuahua mix pup who is ready to take up residence in your home and demand all the belly rubs you have to give. This pup recently came into Last Hope K9 Rescue's care for unspecified reasons and is currently living safely with a foster family who adores her. However, despite her comfortable life with her fosters, this pup is hopeful she will not have to wait in Rescue care for too long. She would love to meet her new family as soon as possible and begin making memories.

More Information On Zara

Zara is a 6-year-and-3-month-old Chihuahua mix pup who weighs approximately 12 pounds. Based on her photos, Zara has a short coat length, which is black, white, tan, and brown in color. She is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations.

According to Last Hope K 9 Rescue, Zara is a fun-loving and very friendly pup who gets along with everyone she meets, be they human or canine. She loves playing with other dogs and does well with pups of all sizes. She also loves children and has made fast friends with her foster's grandchildren. Her favorite things currently are going out for adventures on a boat, and cuddling up in the evening with her humans for some snuggles.

As far as training goes, Zare is fully house-trained. Though she has no experience with crates, her foster states she can be left alone in the kitchen with baby gates. Zara does fine being left alone for the workday in such an area. She is currently learning how to walk on a leash and is reportedly a fast learner.
