CINCINNATI, OHIO (WLIO) - Ohio wants to see more businesses support, not punish, people who are dealing with mental health and substance use disorders. According to Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, just over 19% of Ohio adults have a substance use disorder. So, this week the state has announced the Ohio Recovery Friendly Workplace program. It is designed to create job opportunities for people in recovery and combat the stigma of substance use disorder and mental health issues in the workplace.
