‘Vape Court’ to be enforced in Jackson County, Scottsboro City Schools
JACKSON CO., Ala. (WAFF) - Starting this school year, students in Jackson County will be summoned to juvenile court each time they are caught with an electronic cigarette. Jackson County District Judge Don Word hopes this “vape court” will deter most students from vaping at all and convince the ones who start vaping to stop.
