Police have made an arrest in an early morning July 16 homicide that set off a violent 24 hours in a Montgomery neighborhood. My’Quan Morris, 18, of Montgomery, is charged with capital murder, said Maj. Saba Coleman, spokeswoman for the Montgomery Police Department.
