LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Louisville-area teacher was arrested at school Tuesday after police say she showed up drunk. According to Elizabethtown police, staff at TK Stone Middle School observed Tamara Mouser on campus and believed she was intoxicated. The school resource officer assigned to the building was notified and made contact with Mouser.
