Last person pleads guilty in major SEFCU bank fraud case
The last person in a major $113,800 bank fraud conspiracy against SEFCU has pleaded guilty. Evan Cutler, 25, of Queensbury admitted to applying for loans using stolen identities and taking out the loaned money in cash.
