Estes Joins Men's Basketball Staff as Director of Basketball Operations
BURLINGTON, Vt. – Cioffi Men's Basketball Head Coach John Becker announced that Braeden Estes has joined his staff as director of basketball operations. "I'm really excited to add Braeden to our staff," Becker said. "He has experience in this league as a manager for Bill Herrion at New Hampshire, and a lot of overall experience for this position, so he's going to be a huge addition to our staff. Rutland Regional Airport reopens following runway upgrades
RUTLAND, Vt. (WCAX) - Rutland’s airport is back open after runway upgrades had it closed for nearly two months. VTrans said the runway at the Rutland Regional Airport was closed for seven weeks for renovations, including paving and new runway LED lights. It was all part of the FAA’s Capital Improvement Plan.
Brattleboro man arrested for DUI after head-on crash in Bradford
Bradford, VT- A crash involving multiple cars in Bradford has led to a Brattleboro man being charged with DUI and gross negligent operation. Bradford police and state troopers responded to Main Street in Bradford, near the intersection with Barton Street around 5 p.m. Wednesday. Police say a Chevy Tahoe driven by Matthew Jackson, 36, from Brattleboro, hit a Toyota Tacoma head one and then kept going towards Barton Street before hitting a pole, causing it to fall onto a parked car.

Grafton Fire Department celebrates 100-year history
