Ontario County Fair returns: Dates, events, and more

The 181st Annual Ontario County Fair will return in Canandaigua from Tuesday, July 23, through Saturday, July 27.

The fair's motto is "Cultivating the Next Generation."

"We are committed to providing a venue where people can exhibit agricultural products of all types and to educate the public and foster the development of our youth," an official fair statement reads.

Featured daily events include 4-H youth activities and events, youth livestock and animal shows, vendors and Exhibitors Hall, live music and food vendors, and Midway rides by Playland Amusements. Other free featured attractions will include Party Animals Petting Zoo, model train displays, and Ontario County sheriff demonstrations.

The second Annual Bed Races will take place on Tuesday, July 23, at 6:30 p.m. and is free to attend.
