But he also observed that she seemed remarkably strong and vital. “He said, ‘You don’t look like my normal lung cancer patient,’” said Lindsay, who had just returned from a business trip to Europe. She was 54 at the time. “He didn’t want to take away the health I had for the limited time I had to live.”
