Three Elected to the SDGA South Dakota Golf Hall of Fame
The Board of Directors of the South Dakota Golf Association is pleased to announce the election of three new members to the South Dakota Golf Hall of Fame. An induction ceremony will be held at the SDGA Annual Banquet at 6 PM on Saturday, September 14 at the South Dakota Golf Hall of Fame, located at the Holiday Inn and Suites at 2040 West Russell Street in Sioux Falls. Rapid City’s legion teams finish regular season Saturday
RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - Post 22 finished off the weekend with a sweep against Post 15 West of Sioux Falls, whereas Post 320 fell in straight games to Post 15 East. Saturday was the final day of the regular season for both Rapid City teams. The Hardhats and Stars look ahead to regionals which are happening this next week.
Sioux Falls to face Rapid City Little League Sunday
RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - South Dakota’s Little League tournament championship is shaping up to be great one. On Saturday, Sioux Falls routed Canyon Lake 10-0 to earn a spot in Sunday’s title game against Rapid City. First pitch is set for noon. The winner will garner a trip to Whitestown, Indiana, for the Midwest Regional. The Little League World Series kicks off August 14 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
