Here's Where Drivers Can Buy Gas in Cherokee for $2.38 on June 13

Drivers will be able to buy gas for just $2.38 at a gas station in Hickory Flat Thursday, June 13.

Gas will be available for $2.38 per gallon from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 13 at the Shell station at 6135 Hickory Flat Highway near Canton.

The discount is being offered by the political group Americans for Prosperity — Georgia, which will have representatives at the gas station during the promotion.

According to AFP, $2.38 was the national price of gas per gallon in January 2021, when President Joe Biden took office.

Gas was averaging $3.31 per gallon Wednesday in Cherokee County, per numbers from AAA.
