Missouri Highway Patrol: Illinois man drowns in Jefferson County, Missouri
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — A 33-year-old Illinois man drowned at Rockford Park on Big River in Jefferson County, Missouri. Guadalupe L. Lopez drowned around 1 p.m. on Tuesday, the Missouri Highway Patrol says. Lopez entered the water and went under and was pronounced dead by paramedics.
