Police arrest Hopkinsville man for strangulation
Hopkinsville Police arrested Jeffery White of Hopkinsville on Monday for allegedly choking a victim during a verbal altercation. According to a report from police, officers were dispatched to the Manhattan Motel for a disturbance. At the motel, officers reportedly heard an argument and someone yelling that they had been choked.
