In case you are not a rower, the Owl assures you that Boatman is a critical role on any crew team, overseeing boathouse operations for all of college’s rowing teams. I can still remember Dave, the Boatman at Wellesley Crew, without whom our team would have been a jumbled mass of boats, oars and trailers.
