CANTON − One of three men arrested in connection with a fatal fire is no longer facing charges.

A Stark County grand jury did not find enough evidence to indict Corey E. Bulstrom, 29, of Louisville in connection with the May 1 arson fire that killed Frank Campbell.

Bulstrom was one of three Stark County men arrested in connection to the fatal fire. He was accused of helping Clayton L. Cunningham set fire to Campbell's home at 200 Lincoln Ave. NW.

The grand jury on Friday returned a "no bill" for Bulstrom on charges of aggravated murder and complicity to commit aggravated arson, according to Stark County Common Pleas Court records.

Cunningham, 25, of Dennison, is charged with aggravated murder and aggravated arson. Salvatore A. Morris, 31, of Canton is charged with complicity to aggravated murder and complicity to aggravated arson in the same incident. They are scheduled to make their first appearances in court on July 19.
