She'll get out and just get her hand slapped. My friend was hit on the interstate going 65 & was hit by a drunk driver. He then, after hitting her, tried to run. Thank God there was a highway patrol close. He had no Driver's license. No insurance and 2nd DUI at 1:30 in the afternoon. So far, the no insurance and the driving without a Driver's license both have been dropped because they're just misdemeanors, you don't really have to have a Driver's license. You don't really have to have insurance. It's not a big thing if you don't. The states attorney has already said that this man will do no jail time. YES SD IS FULL OF DRUNKS AND THE DA & GOVERNOR NOEM DO NOTHING TO MAKE OUR ROADS SAFER!!!
