The new name reflects the company’s evolution from direct-to-consumer home sales to servicing developer’s residential and commercial projects. While the manufacturing division previously known as Stack Modular Development takes on the name Polaris Modular, the Stack Homes product line remains within Polaris Modular’s portfolio of designs.
Heber City Smith’s Marketplace opens Saturday
Smith’s Food & Drug will open a new Smith’s Marketplace store at 744 North Main Street in Heber City on Saturday, July 20, at 8 a.m. The 123,000 square foot multi-department store will offer a full line of grocery products along with apparel, household goods, outdoor garden center and sporting equipment. The new store features a floral department, drive-through pharmacy, made-from-scratch donuts, online grocery pick up and a Starbucks with indoor seating for 50 people and a seasonal outdoor patio for 25 guests. A mural of the Heber Valley, created by local artist John Moore, will greet customers as they enter the store.
