High school sports fans can vote for which baseball players they think were standouts during the previous week.
The poll will be open from Thursday through Wednesday. The winner will be announced on Thursday along with the new poll. Votes are unlimited.

Votes must be cast via the Cape Cod Times website/mobile sites. Votes submitted via email and social media will NOT be accepted. To vote for this week's Player of the Week, scroll down on this page.
Last week's winner
Sladen Johnson, Barnstable
Johnson is the first player this season (of any sport) to win two polls this season as he won back-to-back with 44% of the votes. He threw a complete game, allowed one hit and struck out seven for the Red Hawks 1-0 win Falmouth. He also scored the lone run of the game on a walk.
This week's candidates
Hunter Alten, St. John Paul II
Alten pitched 5.2 innings, struck out 10, allowed three runs (none earned), and scattered three hits in a 12-2 win over Sturgis.
Jake Ambrosini, Cape Tech
Ambrosini went 4-for-4 with a walk and six RBIs in a win over Bristol Aggie.
Reed Buckler, Barnstable
Buckler went 2-for-2 and had a walk, three RBIs, and two runs in a 5-0 win over Nauset.
Trey Cardoza, Falmouth
Cardoza pitched four innings and struck out eight a 12-2 win over Sturgis.
Aidan Choukri, Cape Tech
Choukri pitched a complete game with eight strikeouts and allowed two hits in a 25-0 win over Bristol Aggie. He also had four hits, three runs scored, four RBIs and a walk at the plate for the Crusaders.
Ben Conlon, Sturgis
Conlon pitched a complete game with 11 strikeouts in a 7-3 win over Upper Cape.
Joe Coughlan, Sandwich
Coughlan pitched six innings, allowed four hits, and struck out 14 on the mound. He also had two hits and two RBIs for Sandwich in a 6-1 win over Cohasset.
Jack Frostholm, Falmouth
Frostholm went 4-for-4 with six RBIs as the Clippers beat Sturgis.

Johnson looks to three-peat as the poll winner as he threw a complete game shutout, allowed three hits, and struck out eight for Barnstable in a win over Nauset. Johnson also went 1-for-2 with one run.
Logan Miller, Monomoy
Miller pitched a complete game as he gave up two hits, allowed two earned runs and struck out seven for a 8-2 win over Cape Tech.
Brody Palmer, Falmouth
Palmer finished 3-for-3 with three RBIs in a 12-5 win over Dennis-Yarmouth.
John Richard, Dennis-Yarmouth
Richard led the defense and went 2-for-3 with two RBIs and two runs at the plate for the Dolphins 6-4 win over Mashpee.
Matt Riker, Cape Tech
Riker had three hits, three runs scored, and three RBIs in a victory over Bristol Aggie.
Trevor Ryone, Cape Tech
Ryone pitched a complete game as he allowed one earned run, scattered two hits, and struck out seven for Cape Tech in a win over Old Colony. Ryone also had a base hit and an RBI.
Devin Shultze, Upper Cape
Shultze pitched a complete game shutout, giving up three hits, one walk and striking out 12 for the Rams 2-0 win over South Shore Tech.
Jack Tarbox, Barnstable
Tarbox pitched a complete game, allowed one run (unearned) and struck out seven for the Red Hawks (9-2) as they beat the Dolphins 8-1.
