The Landing at Hyannis will get a wave of new businesses as the revamped shopping complex opens, including three brands opening on Cape Cod for the first time.

SkinMD is set to open later this fall, according to a press release. The medical spa offers services such as dermal fillers, Botox, weight loss injections, laser resurfacing, skin tightening, body sculpting and laser hair removal.

Eyeglasses retailer Warby Parker is also scheduled to join the roster in the spring, followed by fashion retailer Nordstorm Rack , set for next fall.

WS Development of Chestnut Hill is behind the $45 million push to redevelop the 26-acre property on Iyannough Road (Route 132) that once housed K-Mart. The parcel directly across from the Cape Cod Mall is owned by the airport and leased to WS Development under the Cape Cod Gateway Airport Commission 's control.

“We’re thrilled to share the news of several new businesses opening at The Landing. This exceptional mix of beloved and new-to-market brands speaks to the evolution of the property and will bring fresh experiences to both residents and visitors," said Bryan Furze, senior vice president of leasing for WS Development, in a statement. "We are so happy to welcome these businesses and to keep introducing new retail, dining options, and valuable amenities to the community."

The new 42,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market was set to open on Thursday. Additionally, the Paper Store, Panera Bread, and Burrito Bistro will relocate into bigger spaces within the property.

Well they totally went off script of what was supposed to be built there.. was supposed to be modeled after Wareham Crossing with walking paths, a pond that doubles as ice skating rink in the winter out back. Still looks so trashy. Just bring back K-Mart at this point, after all it is Hyannis.
