UPPER FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP, NJ (MONMOUTH)–Around 2:55 p.m. on July 19, 2024 Hope Fire Company – Upper Freehold Firefighters, EMS and NJ State Police responded to I-195 east bound near mile post 9.6 for a motor vehicle crash. It was reported that a vehicle left the roadway overturned with entrapment. Firefighters and EMS removed the victim and transported the patient to a local hospital.

Woman killed in double shooting after gunfire erupts in Tacony
A woman is dead and a man is in the hospital after a shooting on Friday morning in the Tacony section of Philadelphia.The shooting happened around 11:20 a.m. in the 6700 block of Marsden Street.Police say the woman suffered multiple gunshot wounds to her right arm and back. She was rushed to the hospital but died from her injuries a short time later.Investigators do not yet know the woman's age.A 23-year-old man was shot in the right side of his body and right arm. He is hospitalized in stable condition.No arrests have been made.

Noah Brantley of Trenton was arrested on Thursday, July 18 on the 400 block of Lamberton Street, Trenton police said. In two of the robberies, Brantley requested a cab to the area of Brunswick Avenue and Sanford Street. Brantley allegedly robbed the drivers of their wallets and money once they arrived at his intended destination in south Trenton, police said.
