Logan County Engineer's Office Announces 2024 Township Chip Seal Schedule

BELLEFONTAINE, OHIO – The Logan County Engineer’s Office has announced the commencement of the 2024 chip sealing project for township roads. Ray Hensley, Inc. will begin the project on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, with an expected completion date of September 21, 2024. Depending on weather conditions, the project might be completed by the end of July.

Roads to be Chip Sealed: A comprehensive schedule has been provided, listing the specific township roads that will be addressed:

Travel Advisory: Residents and travelers should expect delays and are advised to use alternate routes where possible. Only emergency and local traffic will be maintained through the work areas. The Engineer’s Office urges motorists to slow down and exercise caution as there will be loose stones on the roads for several days following the chip sealing process.
