Ann Arbor molecular diagnostic facility closing, eliminating 175 jobs
ANN ARBOR, MI – An Ann Arbor facility for molecular diagnostic solutions plans to close and lay off 175 employees. NeuMoDx Molecular Inc., 1250 Eisenhower Place, designs and develops solutions for hospital and clinical reference laboratories, It is part of a company called QIAGEN, which provides products, among others, used in forensics, to diagnose diseases, in academic and pharmaceutical research or to analyze drinking water quality.
Long-envisioned pedestrian bridge set to be installed over Huron River in Ann Arbor
ANN ARBOR, MI — A new link across the Huron River just north of downtown Ann Arbor — envisioned by a city task force over a decade ago — is finally becoming a reality.
