The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Restaurant Meal Program continues to expand. The department has provided restaurant meals to senior citizens and eligible food assistance recipients for the past three years. The Restaurant Meal Program launched in January 2021 and has grown to more than 100 participating restaurants in 26 counties.
