Sacramento police investigate fatal shooting on High Street
SACRAMENTO, California — A man was fatally shot early Sunday morning on the 3900 Block of High Street, according to the Sacramento Police Department. Just after 4:00 a.m. on July 14, 2024, patrol officers responded to reports of a shooting and found an adult male with at least one gunshot wound. Officers administered life-saving measures until the Sacramento Fire Department arrived. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
