NFL Insider Believes Steelers Will Take ‘Big Swing’ At Receiver, Mentions Brandon Aiyuk Or Davante Adams
For NFL insider Jason La Canfora, it’s not a question of if the Pittsburgh Steelers add another wide receiver. It’s simply a matter of when and who. Reiterating comments he made earlier this offseason, La Canfora is confident the Steelers will add another name to their receiver room prior to Week 1.

3 Steelers That Could Be Sent To The 49ers In Brandon Aiyuk Trade After New Report
The Pittsburgh Steelers may be planning to have Van Jefferson work as the number two receiver opposite of George Pickens in 2024. If the roster stays as it looks like today, that is going to be the most likely scenario. As training camps around the league are getting ramped up, fans in the Steel City are still holding onto the idea that Brandon Aiyuk will be wearing the black and gold when the regular season kicks off in September. Back in 2023, the San Francisco 49ers visited Acrisure Stadium in Week 1 and the dynamic wide receiver scored two touchdowns, also hauling in over...

Brunicke signs entry-level contract
Both of the Penguins' second-round picks from this summer's draft class are under contract. Just eight days after signing forward Tanner Howe to his three-year entry-level deal, the Penguins on Thursday signed defenseman Harrison Brunicke to his three-year entry-level contract. The contract will begin when Brunicke, an 18-year-old right-handed shot, turns pro. Players coming from Canadian major junior hockey are eligible for the AHL either when they're 20 or have accumulated four seasons of at least 25 games. Assuming Brunicke doesn't make the jump to pro hockey until he has AHL eligibility, he will turn pro in 2026-27. The contract he signed today will...

PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers remain one of the favorites to land San Francisco 49ers star Brandon Aiyuk this offseason, but a trade for the All-Pro wide receiver won't come cheap. If Pittsburgh is going to make the move happen, many believe it'll be for a high draft pick, but one team insider speculates whether or not they can toss a player in as well.

Report: Arthur Smith Rejected Offer From Jets Before Steelers Hired Him
NFL insider Dianna Russini revealed in The Athletic that the New York Jets talked to now-Steelers offensive coordinator Arthur Smith about a role helping Nathaniel Hackett. Essentially a de-facto OC position. Smith rejected the offer, however, because the Jets were not clear about the role, according to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk. Smith also wasn’t all that interested. The opportunity to coach with Mike Tomlin and be a part of the Steelers organization was more appealing to Smith. Which makes sense since he would have basically been an advisor for Hackett in New York. “The job Smith now has — Steelers...
