Former Little Falls judge sentenced to house arrest for selling drugs
HERKIMER — The former Little Falls town justice who admitted to selling cocaine has been sentenced to house arrest and probation, according to Herkimer County Court. Mitchell Q. Soules Jr., 35, of Little Falls, was sentenced by Judge Daniel R. King on Monday to six months of house arrest and five years probation on one count of third-degree sale of a controlled substance.
