Sheila Carter is again facing jail time on The Bold and the Beautiful. This time it's for the murders of Tom Starr and Hollis. Despite the lack of evidence, the police hauled Sheila in.

Given her criminal history, it's understandable why everyone assumes she's the killer. Although she's innocent, the police are going to try to pin the murders on her. With a prison sentence looming, Sheila needs support from her husband Deacon Sharpe.

    Deacon questions Sheila's innocence

There's no denying Deacon's madly in love with Sheila. He went to the ends of the earth to prove she was alive and reunite with her. The thought of losing her, tore him apart.

Now that she could be sent away to prison, he's got to fight to prove her innocence. But there's a slight hiccup to that plan.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers hint that Deacon might be doubting his wife's innocence.

Sheila's been working hard to turn her life around and Deacon believes she's changed for the better. Yet, he also knows she has a quick temper and often reacts before she thinks.

The murders took place at Deacon's restaurant II Giardino, and Sheila was in close proximity to both Tom and Hollis. Before Tom's death, he antagonized her by bringing up her past. Although Sheila told Deacon that she and Tom made up, he'll wonder about his wife's claims.

As Deacon recounts the events leading up to the murders, he may realize that there's a chance Sheila is the killer.

Sheila and Deacon's marriage crumbles with his accusations

Steffy Forrester, Jack and Li Finnegan, and even Sheila's own son John "Finn" Finnegan believe she's guilty. The only person Sheila can rely on is her husband, but she'll be betrayed when Deacon turns his back on her.

Deacon won't hold back in confronting Sheila with accusations that she's responsible for Tom and Hollis' deaths. Sheila will proclaim her innocence and say she's changed, but Deacon will state the facts. He'll believe he was a fool to fall in love with her and to ever trust her. Because of him two men died, and now he wants Sheila to pay.

But Deacon and the others will soon have egg on their face.

Once Tom's backpack is found, the clues will point to the real killer. Although the person's identity is still a mystery, speculation is it could be someone in the Finnegan/Nozawa family.

With police having the real killer in custody, Sheila will be free to go. Upon her release, Deacon will apologize and try to reconcile with his wife, but it's too late. Sheila will be hurt over his betrayal, and as far as she's concerned they're over. But Deacon's problems will worsen when his wife seeks revenge on him.
