The Young and the Restless (Y&R) suggests that Cameron's return to Genoa City is set to stir up chaos, particularly for Sharon. As a manifestation of her own mind, Cameron's reappearance coincides with Sharon's troubling decision to stop taking her bipolar medication, creating a volatile situation.

    Sharon and Phyllis

This plot is getting more and more interesting with Cameron in the picture, but fans can sense that Sharon is headed for trouble because she recently acknowledged stopping her bipolar medication, which is bad news for everyone around her as well as for Ms. Newman.

Although they will never be close, Sharon and Phyllis did manage to come to some sort of understanding during Sharon's cancer battle. Except for a short while ago. Last week, when Phyllis mentioned speaking with Faith, Sharon became enraged and attacked her. Yes, Sharon overreacted, and it was completely out of character, but now that her fans are aware that she is not taking her medication, it will start to make sense. Phyllis and Sharon are scheduled to square off during the week of August 5–9.

Nick was present during their "confrontation" at Society when Sharon violently attacked Phyllis, so his ex-girlfriend behaved herself well. Additional teasers hint that Phyllis will grow impatient with Sharon when the two women clash this coming week.

    Cameron's Haunting Influence

A few days following her altercation with Phyllis, Cameron would make fun of Sharon. Will he bring up the fact that Sharon lost Nick and was never able to restart their romance because of Phyllis? Not only did Nick cheat on Sharon with Phyllis while they were married, but he also did it the night before their wedding, years later.

Phyllis has been a constant source of trouble for Sharon and Nick, and their happiness can never fully exist if she is around (albeit the same could be said for the romance between Sharon and Phick). Will Sharon take a drastic measure? Will Cameron put a few thoughts into her mind?

Will she plot to "get rid" of Phyllis with Cameron encouraging her to do so, or will the two women cross paths in the coming weeks, with Sharon becoming so enraged that she turns violent? Anything could happen if she was not taking her medication!
