A Custody Battle Turns Ugly
Let's discuss what's going to happen in the Harrison custody narrative over the week of August 5–9. There will be some significant changes. Harrison is in Summer's care while Kyle is in Paris, but issues are approaching. Summer seems to be willing to let Harrison suffer injuries while she is watching. Even if it's probably just a small mishap, Kyle will still be furious.
Summer might contend that none of this would have occurred if he had allowed Kyle to take Harrison to Paris as he had desired. Kyle can accuse Summer of being careless and claim that the judge will hear the whole story. It appears that Summer and Kyle are both prepared to go to great lengths, so the only question left is, maybe who can play the dirtiest?
In any case, Claire will find a way to exacerbate the situation, probably by being the one to inform Kyle while he is in France about Harrison's accident. Summer could be informed about that and get upset about Claire interjecting herself into the drama by calling Kyle.
Summer might come to the realization that using her last option is necessary as the custody situation gets worse. Summer has already stated that she will turn to Victor for help if needed, making him practically the biggest ace in the hole! In truth, Victor will help Summer in the August 9 episode by using his contacts.
Victor to the Rescue
This will not sit well with Kyle, as we will see Victor show off his strength and do some of his signature magic. Victor will have certain instruments that he can use to Summer's advantage because he has a history of using bribery and blackmail when necessary. Victor will be motivated to support Summer in maintaining her relationship with Harrison because he is aware of how much she adores the boy.
In addition, Victor might threaten to fire Kyle from Glissade if the latter refuses to back down and attempt to come to a meaningful agreement with Summer. Nevertheless, Kyle may declare emphatically that his son comes first and promise to continue battling Summer on Harrison's behalf.
Since Victor is always the first to point out that business is business, perhaps he will suggest keeping Glissade apart from the hostilities surrounding Harrison. Victor will take some action on Summer's behalf that may prove beneficial. Summer is hoping that this will be sufficient to get exclusive custody, but will it really happen that way?
