General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Legal Nightmare and Donna Health Crisis

General Hospital (GH) reveals that Ava's troubles are far from over as Trina struggles with her feelings and Portia imparts a harsh truth about good people doing bad things. With Ava facing serious charges and a new medical crisis for Donna, Port Charles is bracing for a whirlwind of drama and revelations.

Ava's Legal Nightmare and Family Tensions

There is no doubt that Trina will continue to struggle with her feelings for Ava and where her allegiance lies. Portia will point out to her that good people can do bad things. Portia will be hoping that Heather stays in prison, where she belongs, as it appears that she will also be discussed.

But Heather might have second thoughts about wanting to pursue her freedom because Portia appears to be about to receive some unsettling news. Stella and Jordan will try their best to support TJ while he goes through a meltdown as he continues to process the death of his little girl. Ava now has new reasons to be concerned, as photos show she did have physical contact with Kristina prior to her fall.

Scott will have a difficult time clearing his client because Ava is facing charges of assault and manslaughter because the baby did not survive! A furious Molly will pay Ava a visit while she is incarcerated and accuse her of killing the infant and almost bringing about Kristina's terrible destiny. In Wednesday's GH preview video, Ava responds to Molly by shooting her through the bars.

Donna's Health Scare and Sonny's Struggles

Carly will reportedly drive Donna to the hospital and insist that she see a doctor immediately, indicating that Donna is going to have some sort of medical emergency. Given that Josslyn will also be at GH with Donna and Carly, she may be the one to raise the alarm about something. Even though Josslyn changed her major, there is always a chance she might, in the end, decide to return to medicine.

In any event, Josslyn will confide in Carly about the chaos surrounding Kristina and express her wish that she had been able to intervene to save the child. With Jason serving as his penthouse, Sonny will receive some assistance. Jason will inquire as to why Sonny felt that jumping off the hospital rooftop was the only way out after he confides in him about this.

Maybe Sonny will acknowledge that he was influenced by a vision of Morgan and say that he was thankful for his son's presence at that particular moment, regardless of whether it was all in his head. Carly might send out an SOS to Donna to get Jason back over to the hospital since he will eventually race back there.

Eventually, Sonny will receive the results of his blood test from Kevin, which should notify him that his medications have changed. Even though Sonny has been taking his medications, they have not been effective since Ava used coercion to have the pharmacist give him whole placebos.
