General Hospital: Jason and Sam Reunion Set to Heat Up with Lulu Return

General Hospital's current storyline Sonny and Jason's renewed friendship could set the stage for even more shake-ups in Port Charles. With Jason back in Sonny’s good graces, the next reunion on everyone’s mind might be Jason and Sam. While Sam is currently committed to Dante, there’s a chance that a familiar face from the past could change that.

Dante and Lulu's Potential Reunion

Now that he's taking his medication as prescribed, Sonny and Jason have reconciled. We're just relieved to see Sonny still depending on Jason after all this time, even if it's clear that the program needed to quickly change course and make corrections. When Sonny rejects Jason and does not show him any trust, it doesn't feel right.

Many GH fans have something to celebrate now that Sonny has renewed faith in Jason! Of course, if Jason and Sam get back together next, a lot of people will be shouting even louder. Although Sam and Dante's relationship appears solid right now, it might not last for very long. The November sweeps storyline in which Lulu awakens and finds it difficult to reintegrate into her previous life is most likely what we are looking at, as the show is currently recasting.

A Second Chance for Jason and Sam?

Given that she was prepared to reunite with Dante at the time of her coma, Lulu will unavoidably develop romantic feelings for him. Lulu will have a lot on her plate when she eventually wakes up, and as he helps her deal, they might become closer. Fans of Jason and Sam are hoping for a reunion as well since everything seems to point to a love reunion between Dante and Lulu.

When Dante eventually gets back together with Lulu, it makes sense to pair Sam back up with Jason. Since his return, Jason hasn't spent much time in Sam's orbit; however, in the upcoming months, perhaps that will change. Danny will always be the reason why Sam and Jason are connected, but they should have another opportunity to be friends and eventually lovers.
