Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Deacon Sadness Brings Him Closer to Taylor

As The Bold and the Beautiful continues to unravel its complex storylines, Deacon Sharpe is struggling to cope with the tragic loss of his close friends, Tom and Hollis. Although Sheila Carter has been there to support him, Deacon’s grief may push him toward seeking professional help – possibly from a familiar face in Los Angeles.

Deacon’s Emotional Struggles

Deacon has been having trouble coping with the deaths of his two close friends. Deacon thought of Tom and Hollis as friends he genuinely cared about, not just coworkers. Sheila has been doing her best to help Deacon, but perhaps he needs to discuss all of his emotions with a qualified.

He's been shaken and will surely have more questions, particularly in light of Poppy's detention. It's understandable that Deacon would want to resume counseling, particularly after Taylor is hopefully back in Los Angeles for sessions.

When Krista Allen was still playing the part during Deacon's last stint, she confided in Taylor for a short while. Many viewers had a suspicion at the time that Deacon and Taylor would be paired up. Although that did not work out, Taylor and Deacon could still be explored as a romantic possibility in future episodes of the show.

There will be some new storylines soon, as Rebecca Budig has assumed the role of Taylor. It is clear that Taylor still has feelings for Ridge, but that does not mean a love triangle makeover with Ridge and Brooke will work out in her favor. That might also be the case this time around because Taylor has a tendency to end up the odd woman out.

Taylor and Deacon’s Potential Romance

Brooke and Taylor, B&B's "destiny" team, have no reason to think that Taylor will actually overcome them. Even if they are apart for a while, Brooke and Ridge will inevitably reunite as they always do. Learning that as soon as possible will be more beneficial for Taylor! Perhaps B&B will eventually permit Taylor to feel something for someone else, like himself, if Deacon shows up hoping to resume therapy.

Deacon and Taylor might be able to bond even if he merely confides in her informally. If everything is informal, there would also be an added benefit of no awkward doctor-patient lines for Taylor to cross. Taylor and Deacon may have an opportunity to restart their relationship and make Sheila envious because there was a moment when it appeared like they were beginning to connect.
