However, he suddenly altered his mind and appeared to be leaning completely in the opposite direction! "I'm gonna fly solo at Abbott-Chancellor," Billy tells Lily. "Your services are no longer needed." He can't be serious, right?

Diane is adamant about reuniting Kyle with the family, despite his efforts to distance himself from it. "Maybe we should ask ourselves what Victor would do?" she says to Jack as they sit in his office at Jabot.

Moral Compromises

"He is the expert at dirty tactics." Jack sits at his desk and sighs heavily. "I hate lowering myself to his level," he complains. However, Diane believes this may be the solution to their difficulty.

"Well, if it takes a little moral compromise to save our son," she smiles. "I am willing and able to make the sacrifice." Billy and Sally had already expressed worry that Chelsea and Adam might not be sharing everything that transpired during their time together with Connor.

However, when they overheard the duo discuss something that happened one night, their suspicions were heightened. As Billy gently encourages Chelsea to reveal the truth that is tearing her apart inside, Sally takes a more direct approach with Adam.

"Yes or no," she demands to know. "Did you sleep with Chelsea in Baltimore?" Will Adam come clean or continue to lie? Even if he decides to preserve the secret, would Chelsea do the same for Billy?
