In Port Charles, secrets have a way of surfacing when you least expect them, and this week on General Hospital is no exception. Tensions are mounting as Alexis struggles to keep the peace within her fractured family, but her efforts might be in vain.

When she confides in Kristina about a potentially explosive secret, the question looms: will Kristina keep it under wraps, or will the truth unravel and send shockwaves through their lives?

Molly and TJ's Heartbreak

As Molly and TJ prepare to say a heartbreaking goodbye to the daughter they never got to meet, an unexpected discovery threatens to deepen their grief.

Could this revelation be linked to the secret Alexis warned Kristina to keep hidden? "Molly and TJ never need to know what you intended to do," Alexis says. But will Kristina listen?

Molly and TJ have a lot to cope with as they discuss in their apartment. They must prepare to say their ultimate goodbyes to their daughter, who was never given the opportunity to live.

"She deserved a name. "It's time to give her one," Molly adds. According to the teasers, Molly makes a surprising discovery. Does it have anything to do with what Alexis advised Kristina to remain quiet about?

Joss vs. Trina

Josslyn pays Trina a visit at the Jerome Gallery and informs her about her boss's present troubles. "She'll be behind bars," Joss threatens. You would think Joss would know Ava better.

It appears that Trina has figured out something that her pal has not. "I wouldn't count on that," Trina says. Also, expect Trina to challenge Ava. However, the woman herself has her hands full.

Ava is at what appears to be the Port Charles Police Department, with none other than that very special FBI agent, John. Ava appears to realize something about him when he cautions her, "The only thing Sonny responds to is leverage."

Sonny, meanwhile, proposes a hypothesis to Jason. Is this about Valentin? Are they attempting to coax him out of his latest hiding place?

"What bait," Jason inquires. "Anna Devane," replies Sonny.

He is not mistaken about it. Anna appears to be providing a warning to someone in the PCPD's interrogation room. Could she be with Ava? "You have to choose," Anna emphasizes. The stakes are growing.
