"It's so complex," he exclaims, "and there are so many other things going on [for Billy] that you have to kind of handle it all, which is amazing.

You have to come up to the office right after having a discussion with Chelsea, and then Victor walks in with a smirk on his face, knowing he's going for you, and you're like, 'Oh my God, my life is just exploding up,'" the actor added.
