We are fully aware by now that the royal family isn’t doing well in terms of their health. We cannot say everyone is healthy when clearly two important members of the royal family have been diagnosed with cancer.

King Charles and Princess of Wales' Cancer Diagnoses

This year we have heard two bad news from the royal family of Britain: King Charles and Princess of Wales Kate Middleton have both been diagnosed with cancer. Now that King Charles has grown old and is 75, we are constantly worried about his health and his recovery. Though Kate Middleton has also garnered attention and prayers, we have got updates about her positive recovery.

However, King Charles does not come in front of the public much now, so we remain aloof about his health status. Now that Queen Camilla has visited to open the new state-of-the-art Dyson Cancer Center at the Royal United Hospital in Bath, England, she talks about her beloved husband and King Charles. As we know, Royal United Hospital has been providing care to 500,000 cancer patients, so Queen Camilla was paying her visits there.

Queen Revealed King is Doing Well

Now that the Queen has stepped out, people will be eager to know what is happening in Buckingham Palace and the King, especially when he is sick. So, Suzy Moon of the Macmillan Partnership didn’t miss the opportunity when Queen Camilla stopped at the Macmillan Wellbeing Hub. She asked about King Charles’ well-being to Queen.

So, Queen Camilla gave a very positive answer that "he is doing very well," which was enough for us to hope for the best and see King Charles often and healthy. Well, while taking a stroll across the hospitals, Queen Camilla met patients and when asked about one particular patient's well-being, he said he was tired, to which Queen replied, "Men won’t admit it," which can be associated with King Charles, as Mirror has described, "with a touch of humor."

    Announcement of Cancer Diagnosis

Well, back in February, Buckingham Palace announced that the king was diagnosed with cancer and he started his treatment for a benign enlarged prostate in January. However, it should not be mistaken for prostate cancer. The king took a three-month break as advised by the doctors, always working behind the scenes.

    King Stepping Out in Public

Now that he is recovering and doctors are very positive, he returned in April and was recently seen on August 31 at the Royal Horticultural Society of Aberdeen's 200th Flower Show in Aberdeen, Scotland. Well, this year the King and the Queen have ditched their visit to their summer palace in Balmoral and have been present for important events.

King Charles and Queen Camilla are packed for their fall schedule and as King Charles is recovering well, we can expect to see him more and more in events like the first tour to Commonwealth countries of his royal reign and for the same, has plans to visit Australia and Samoa.
